Pflichtangabe bei Geschäftsbriefen über E-Mail

Durch das EHUG wurde unter anderem auch § 125a Abs. 1 Satz 1 HGB (…gleichviel welcher Form) geändert.
Danach gelten die Pflichtangaben für Geschäftsbriefe seit 1.1.2007 auch für den E-Mail-Verkehr.
